In the TUTKOVSKY International Hub of Natural Resources, the area of responsibility of TUTKOVSKY Integrated Solutions is implementation of customers’ projects for exploration and production of oil and gas, including unconventional gas.
Apart of the project management, the company provides a full range of services related to the exploration and use of energy resources including separate specialized services.
The company, obligated as a general contractor, applies the opportunities of the Hub partners, organizes marketing and sales, takes part in tenders of the customers and signs contracts for all necessary set of services. Based on the transparent internal competition in the Hub, it attracts other partners as subcontractors and coordinates and supervises their work.
The establishment of the land seismic party in 1998 and Geological-Geophysical Data Processing & Interpretation Center in 1999 within NADRA Group has been a pre-condition for the establishment of company specialized in provision of integrated solutions to customers related to prospecting, exploration and development of oil and gas fields. The Party and Center have become pioneers and leaders in implementation of 3D seismic data acquisition in Ukraine as well as in introduction of new technologies in seismic survey and other geophysical investigations, and in application of advanced geological-geophysical data processing and interpretation software.
In the following company`s development, and due to close cooperation with domestic and international partners, that includes major world service companies, Tutkovsky Integrated Solutions Ltd became able to offer to production companies a full range of services required throughout the life cycle of the oil and gas fields. Such integrated services have been presented to customers – major Ukrainian and international oil companies - in the hotel Intercontinental, Kiev on March 19, 2013.
In 2015 the company established the Geological-Geophysical Data Processing & Interpretation Center in India (Delhi) by attraction of Indian specialists, and completed several projects related to the 2D and 3D seismic data processing that were acquired within limits of oil-and-gas blocks and oil fields in India.
The milestones of field geophysical studies were:
- October, 1998 - establishment of the first seismic expedition
- June, 1999 - establishment of its own topographic geodetic service
- January, 2000 - establishment of its own field data center for rapid processing and quality control (QC)
- July, 2005 - establishment of a unit to study the low velocity zone (LWZ)
- April, 2008 - establishment of the second seismic expedition
- April, 2008 - establishment of a unit for vertical seismic profiling (VSP)
- 2009 - 2D seismic works on the request of Shell Exploration and Production, performed in compliance with world standards of quality and HSE
- August, 2009 - Access to the sea. VSP at the well Subotina 1, using seismic source point
- September, 2010 - Access to mountain areas. Plane table surveying in the Carpathians
- January, 2011 - establishment of a comprehensive gravity-magnetic unit.

During these past 20 years, the company implemented projects to provide consulting services, prospecting, exploring and developing hydrocarbon deposits, including:
- Collection and analysis of data by 127 oil and gas fields in Ukraine to conduct an international audit of reserves;
- Analysis of undeveloped hydrocarbon reserves in the Dnieper-Donetsk Basin and the Carpathian region;
- Economic evaluation of prospective areas in the Black and Azov Seas;
- Seismic studies in over 60 fields and oil-gas areas in Ukraine of more than 5 km under complex geological and tectonic and technological conditions. More than 5,000 sq. km. in 3D and about 7,400 of lane-km in 2D, borehole seismic in 35 wells were completed;
- Completion of more than 1,000 sq.km. of gravitation and magnetic exploration;
- Processing and interpretation of 3D seismic materials in more than 5 thousand km²;
- Processing and interpretation of 2D seismic materials in more than 8 thousand lane-km, including marine seismic survey;
- Processing and interpretation of complex geophysical studies in more than 1 thousand km²;
- Processing and interpretation of materials of GIS at exploration and development drilling in 263 wells;
- Processing and interpretation of GIS materials in logging cased wells in 129 wells;
- Integrated interpretation of geological and geophysical data in more than 50 fields;
- 5 standing hydrodynamic models of fields were created.
Cooperation of TUTKOVSKY with other companies resulted in discovering 83 new and oil and gas deposits in Ukraine.
Since 2016, in order to avoid internal competition in the Hub, the company ceased providing services in Ukraine concerning seismic and ground processing of the field data.
In 2015-2017 the basic direction of the company`s activity became project management and consulting related to the use of energy resources, mainly of oil & gas, providing of services in processing and re-interpretation of historical geological-geophysical data of the producing hydrocarbon fields in Ukraine, and performance of projects in foreign countries. Implementation of India based 2D seismic data processing projects within the framework of a promising Tripula oil and gas unit commissioned by Jubilant Oil & Gas PVT LTD and 3D within the Jaisalmer oilfield and Kadi-Sanand Oil and Gas Complex, commissioned by Focus Energy LTD and Syntex Oil & Gas LTD, respectively.
By obtaining an experience in the performance of projects being a subsidiary of the NADRA Group that also involved a wide range of partners, and by having an understanding of the complex needs of investors and mining companies, Tutkovsky Project Management has confirmed its capability to perform the most complex projects related to the use of oil and gas resources in the interest of clients as the general contractor of Hub`s projects within its area of responsibility.
